What is the best way to preserve a very old Baby Quilt.?

It is affectionately called “kitty blanket”. It was my sister’s then her sons, then mine and then my daughters until I took it from my youngest at age four. My daughter is storing it for me, but I want it back and preserved.

If you want to display it, use a shadow box. If you want to preserve it, roll it up, don’t fold, and put it in a cloth bag (Pillow Case) in a place that gets no sun or moisture.
